Job Duties:
  • Support GTM hiring/strategy for Uber for Business within the United States, with the bulk of positions based in NYC and Chicago

  • Leverage deep understanding and knowledge of b2b Sales and/or commercial Recruiting to help support the expansion of client for Business' GTM teams; proactively solve complex issues and share best GTM hiring practices with Recruiting and Business Leadership
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Candidates to effectively manage hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate, Recruiter and Stakeholder experience; leverage and analyze data to effectively interpret hiring metrics, identify gaps, provide suggestions and implement process improvements to ultimately drive hiring velocity and caliber
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle Recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle GTM, B2B Sales and/or commercial Recruiting
