Purpose:

The Recruiter will assist the Recruitment Director in developing and achieving the recruitment goals and activities for the organization. Specifically, the Recruiter will handle the processing of all recruitment-related administrative activities within the agreed timeline and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle all recruitment-related inquiries in a timely and customer-responsive manner.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience in the recruitment process for both applicants and client facilities.
  • Communication: Handle all communication over the phone, face-to-face, emails, social media inquiries, etc.
  • Information Management: Ensure all information required is given to the applicant, as well as all details pertaining to the opening are obtained from the client.
  • Coordination: Maintain close coordination with client contacts to generate possible job vacancies for recruitment.
  • Recruitment Administration: Ensure candidates meet all pre-determined qualifications set forth by the client, as well as submit all documentation requirements.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks and background checks on shortlisted applicants prior to submission to the client.
  • Documentation Management: Collect, screen, and collate all documentation requirements from applicants, ensuring all documents meet the agency's, client's, Joint Commission, and Department of Health standards.
  • Recruitment: Recruit qualified candidates using various sources, such as job websites, referrals, databases, and other means, and screen them based on predetermined qualification criteria.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of applicant pools to act as a resource for possible future job openings.
  • Employee Orientation: Assist in orienting new employees to agency policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure all proper information pertinent to payroll is disseminated in a timely and concise manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare necessary reports as requested by the Recruitment Director.
  • Job Placement Ads: Maintain and enhance job placement ads on social media sites.
  • Retention and Compliance: Continually liaise with hired candidates to monitor their assignment and gather feedback from clients regarding candidate performance.
