We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand through various communication channels and developing a strong presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in communications, public relations, Financial exposure and experience supporting Federal clients.

Duties:
Strategic Program Management, Communications The Contractor is responsible for providing Strategic Communications and Policy Support services to FMD by providing support for the following tasks:

 Manage and update communication actions for Share point Website content creation and management, visual aids, video content, and template creation.

 Coordinate, collect, and produce visual materials for briefings, AD briefings, COO/Director briefing, FMD Divisional briefing and Special project briefings, and ad-hoc briefings.

 Develop effective FMD unofficial messaging, identifying, develop, and execute actions to address all communication needs and improve communication channels.

 Assist in the development and review of financial related policy, procedures, standard operating procedures, and other program documentation.

 Assist policy, procedure, and program document development and review.

 Consolidating/compiling financial data analytics into reports/briefs and authoring official messages, bi-weekly reports, meeting notes, etc.

 Prepare and maintain operating and desk procedures, methods, standards, policy memoranda and techniques concerning administrative procedures within the Service and recommend required changes and adjustment to assure proper and accomplishment of Service goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with relevant coursework and/or training, such as accounting, business, finance, program management, communications, data analytics, or similar

 Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.

 Possess professional written and oral communications skills.

 2-year executive communication experience with Department level individuals and Senior Executive officials in a Federal Financial Management Division.

 2-year Project management experience
