The Performance Cable Systems and Materials Division has been a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality copper and fiber optic communication cables for over 35 years. Position Summary

The Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365) ERP system. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, developing solutions to improve business processes, and ensuring the ERP system aligns with the company’s operational goals.

  • Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve issues with ERP functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, users, and IT teams, to write requirements documentation.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external consultants to ensure effective implementation and support of ERP systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives leveraging ERP capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with IT support teams to manage system updates, upgrades, and patches.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, D365 F&O preferred.
