What You Will Do: The Senior Transformation Analyst will contribute to major efforts in service to the firm's Transformation. The Senior Analyst will lead the creation of analyses & insights of high impact strategic issues confronting the firm and translate those findings into recommended decisions. The Senior Analyst will be expected to contribute to multiple efforts across the product ecosystem of the Transformation Office, including but not limited to specific external engagements directly with stakeholders and internal efforts to improve the ways of working among the team. The Senior Analyst will be expected to thrive in a matrixed style environment, providing and receiving coaching and feedback (with peers and leaders) through direct and indirect reporting lines. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with key stakeholders on solutions to issues that exist at the team, division, and enterprise levels Lead enterprise decision making exercises with various strategy workshops with stakeholders across the firm. Support the translation of enterprise strategic objectives across multiple time horizons, integrating findings from internal research, external developments, and leadership's priorities. Ability to lead sessions with enterprise leaders focused on the primary constraints & paths to resolution Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure key business questions and needs are addressed Operate autonomously in environments where excellent thought leadership and ability to collaborate with peers and senior leaders is required for progress Acts as a resource for colleagues with less or similar experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. May coach, mentor or provide guidance within or across teams.
