This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment, supporting both our financial and administrative operations.

Duties:

  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, and manage invoice processing.
  • Prepare financial reports, including expense reports and budget documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries related to financial matters.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize financial correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage the filing of both physical and electronic financial documents.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Undertake additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an accounting-focused role with strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with superior problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in similar roles such as an Administrative Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or Office Manager is highly advantageous.
