Role Description

Looking for a highly energetic, extremely organized individual with impeccable phone skills and a sense of urgency for all things client related.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in customer service/sales assistant; customer service experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of sales teams and customer facing sales
  • Strong verbal, written & listening communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate competence in conflict management, problem-solving, decision making & strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a bonus
  • Team player, who will jump in to ensure the company meets all deadlines for the day and a "whatever it takes" attitude to complete the job for all of our customers
  • Clear & concise language skills
  • Previous use of Zoho is a plus
