Sales Office Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Office Manager to oversee our vibrant real estate branch. This role is essential for driving our team’s success and requires a leader with exceptional skills in recruitment and retention to elevate our office's performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals, including profitability, budget adherence, and transaction volume targets. Ensure optimal utilization of resources and services.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Communication: Effectively relay company initiatives and changes to staff, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Maintain a positive company culture and brand loyalty.
- Performance Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports to corporate management, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Sales Associate Support: Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales associates, enhancing their skills and resolving transaction-related challenges.
- Office Environment: Cultivate a motivating and engaging workplace through effective communication and relationship-building among staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of six years in real estate with a proven track record in sales and management.
- Skills: Strong understanding of real estate regulations, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant technology.
