Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized recommendations.

Communication Management: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, addressing client inquiries and providing solutions.

Policy Development: Create and suggest insurance plans tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

Portfolio Enhancement: Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios with additional insurance offerings.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Ongoing Education: Remain informed about industry developments to offer knowledgeable advice to clients.


Qualifications

Licensing: A valid Texas Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Experience: Background in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Client-Centric Approach: A robust commitment to fulfilling and surpassing client expectations.

Flexibility: Ability to succeed in a hybrid remote work setting while maintaining high productivity.
