The Position: As a Sales Representative, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, aligning your working hours with your clients' availability. Your primary responsibility will be to build lasting relationships with business owners and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses from various industries, meeting with owners and decision-makers to introduce them to our premium insurance products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries and schedule follow-up appointments with potential and existing clients.
- Attend calls and meetings with your sales team or manager.
- Build and manage your client portfolio.
- Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Establish relationships with local business owners.
- Manage your working hours and report them weekly.
- Follow up on sales leads and engage with new businesses, referrals, and current clients needing service.
