We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dealers and manufacturers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and joint ventures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide market expertise and guidance to leadership on business development and sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and reports to track business performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership
  • Strong background in commercial finance and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time
