We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive weekly itinerary/calendar schedule
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties
  • Manage reservations for lodging, air travel, ground transportation and dining
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases
  • Help plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Perform all other office tasks and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
