Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Leads / Outbound Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through various outbound marketing strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system to track leads, interactions, and outcomes.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales for our anti-aging and wellness services.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including existing patient base / CRM, email, phone, social media, and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, and sales.
  • Strong proficiency in managing and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the wellness, healthcare, or anti-aging industry is a plus.
