Job Overview
The Allied Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and filling contract roles. This individual aims to cultivate positive relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals and professional backgrounds.
Educating candidates about the current travel industry and helping them appreciate the exceptional benefits of traveling with AMN Healthcare is a vital aspect of this role.
This ensures that AMN effectively aligns the right talent with our clients' requirements.Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily and weekly targets to consistently expand the clinician network and retain those currently engaged in travel assignments.
Develop a prospecting and marketing strategy utilizing AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system to reach as many potential nurses as possible through phone and email communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system, including contact details, qualifications, quality services documentation, and individual selling points.
Engage with nurses regarding their current and ideal situations, probing for unexpressed needs to build trust and keep candidates involved throughout the recruitment process.
Assess clinicians' likelihood of accepting a travel assignment based on licensure, availability, skills, and potential fit to determine the best match for the role.
Communicate actionable plans that address clinicians' career needs by informing them about future opportunities, market conditions, and realistic timelines to demonstrate how traveling can best fulfill their long-term professional aspirations.
Negotiate compensation to create a competitive package.Present candidate profiles to Account Managers for interviews and to fill current client vacancies.
