Your Next Career Opportunity - Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst II

As a key player, you will construct financial models and perform due diligence related to the acquisition of wireless communication infrastructures, including towers, buildings, rooftops, distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cell and data center-related assets, as directed by the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on economies, markets, customers, and competitors' financial data, preparing and presenting findings along with recommendations.
  • Support M&A leadership in organizing and presenting information pertinent to international expansion, including new market business strategies.
  • Engage in financial modeling.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct due diligence on various wireless communication infrastructure and company acquisitions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sellers and other third parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Review and summarize lease agreements and other legal documents to assess the financial implications on acquisition targets.
  • Analyze accounting documents, operational records, income, and expenses of wireless communication infrastructure and related company assets, which may influence contract purchase price adjustments, deal restructuring, or terminations.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of cash/stock settlements for acquisitions.
  • Work closely with other departments as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth integration of new wireless communication infrastructures and other acquisitions.
  • Monitor performance and financial outcomes of acquisitions for presentation to the Executive Team.
  • Assist other department members during various transaction phases.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is required.
  • Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with leases and/or contracts.
  • 2+ years of management experience with financial knowledge and accountability.
