Job DescriptionJob Description

The Sales Support Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for supporting sales operations, lead generation, and marketing activities. This role involves administrative tasks, customer interactions, and coordination efforts to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Reports To: Head of Global Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through ZoomInfo, and import to CRM (Monday.com).
  • Trade Show Management: Research, update, and maintain a comprehensive trade show list. Recommend key trade shows for each vertical and coordinate trade show efforts, including travel arrangements and onsite client visits.
  • CRM Management: Conduct CRM clean-up to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Facilitate a seamless cold calling experience for the BDR's and implement fail-safes for timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities.
  • Proposal Generation: Prepare and generate sales proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Marketing Collateral: Request and ensure the availability of marketing materials and collateral for sales presentations and client interactions.
  • Social Media Management: Request 3-5 social media posts weekly from marketing team and post on company social media pages.
  • Email Marketing: Run and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with potential and existing clients.
  • Documentation: Develop and document scripts, processes, and procedures to standardize sales operations and improve efficiency.
  • Onboarding: Handle and help document the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Internal Sales Reports: Generate and analyze internal sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role. Experience with lead generation, trade shows, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media management and email marketing tools.
  • Attributes:
