Position Overview for Customer Support Specialist: The Customer Service division operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We seek candidates with adaptable schedules, as shifts will be assigned within this timeframe. Additionally, there will be a rotational Saturday shift every third Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of choice WFH
  • Compensation: $20-22/hr
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Specialist:
  • Respond to inquiries about NJ auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies, coverages, and premiums, ensuring thorough follow-up on all communications.
  • Achieve first call resolution and simplify the customer experience.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all three insurance lines (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella) for NJ.
  • Precisely enter and update policy details in various processing systems while managing phone inquiries.

Qualifications for Customer Support Specialist:
  • Outstanding interpersonal, listening, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Proficient computer/data entry and mathematical skills.
  • High energy and a proactive approach to follow-up and ownership of tasks.
