Position Overview
Are you a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional? RSP is seeking an Accountant Office Manager to join our team of in-country assistants. This role will play a crucial part in our company's administrative operations and financial management. Responsibilities
• Accounting
o Recording financial transactions in accounting software
o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
o Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing adjusting journal entries and reconciling accounts
o Performing basic financial analysis and preparing supporting schedules
o Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into our order management system
o Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
o Monitor inventory levels and work with inventory management team to ensure availability of stock
o Supporting other members of the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
• Administrative
o Overseeing office facilities and ensuring they are well-maintained
o Maintaining office supplies inventory
o Coordinating office meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging facilities
o Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and digital
o Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital
o Supporting other departments or teams with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and tools

Schedule:
• Part or full-time position, with standard business hours
• Flexible schedule possible
• Potential for occasional overtime during peak periods
