We are expanding and are looking to fill an office assistant position. You have to be comfortable with MS Office Suite and be a quick study (can learn custom software systems). You are a team player and can address customers professionally, whether they are irate or concerned about their payment. You have excellent work habits, a proven ability to follow instructions, a history of working as productive members of an office team, and relevant and sufficient experience.

We are looking for someone willing to commit to at least five years working with us. Bi-lingual candidates are welcome. The lack of a college degree must be substituted by relevant work experience.

Work Specifics:

- Customer service (by phone or supervisor assignment)

- Document tracking, which includes payment type application processing (direct deposit & payment card application, ACS-2 date stamp, and entry in ACCIS (date of receipt)

- 1099 tracking of those who did not receive their year-end statement

- Other customer service-related actions that will process the childcare voucher payments timely and accurately.
