Corporate Services

Our Corporate Services division provides director services, corporate administration, secretarial, bookkeeping and accounting services to diverse corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures consisting of companies, limited partnerships and other vehicles. We deliver best practice services across multiple jurisdictions to clients with international profiles.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

Collaborate with your team to manage client portfolios, learning from those with a vast knowledge of the industry
Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as you develop your knowledge and skills
Communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis with support from your team
Ensure client records are clearly and accurately updated and maintained with integrity whilst adhering to internal Policies and Procedures
Provide support in the opening of bank accounts, onboarding new clients and other services we offer
As you develop new skills, you will be encouraged to provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Strong academic background
Be proactive, forward thinking and a team player
1 – 2 years relevant industry experience
Required to have the relevant right to work documentation
Be able to use your initiative when handling tasks and have a desire to learn and study towards professional qualifications
Be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves, their team and our clients
