**Position**: Customer Service Associate

**About the Role**:
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandising and restocking shelves.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
