Executive Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Administrative Coordinator to join a team and provide essential support to a growing office.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting the office and key partner in a wide range of activities.
Office Management: Coordinate the smooth running of the office.
Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate the partner's busy schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all commitments are organized and efficiently managed.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for the partner, filtering and managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Prioritize and relay important information effectively.
Documentation and Reports: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and documents. Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Project Assistance: Assist with various projects, including research, data analysis, and report generation. Ensure project deadlines are met.
Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Handle client inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any administrative or logistical issues that may arise, providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
