The Role
The DMV Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all DMV-related functions within the dealership. This role involves managing the DMV office’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?
- Manage the work assignments of subordinates to ensure that all work is processed in a timely manner and customers are properly served, as well as the Sales management team.
- Oversee the processing of vehicle registrations, titles, and other DMV paperwork.
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with state and local regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for customers with questions or issues related to vehicle registration and titling.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.
- Manage and oversee all documentation related to vehicle sales, including titles, registration forms, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all documentation is filed and stored properly.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMV regulations, policies, and procedures.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of previous experience in a DMV office, automotive dealership, or similar environment is required.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role with a focus on customer service and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and dealership management systems.
- Knowledge of DMV processes, regulations, and paperwork.
