- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, taking prompt action to resolve any security-related issues.
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees and guests, maintaining a secure and controlled environment.
- Write reports on accidents, incidents, and other security-related situations, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our staff, guests, and the public, ensuring a positive and secure experience.
- Warn and communicate any rule infractions or violations, taking necessary action to apprehend or evict violators from the premises.
- Perform other specific administrative functions as directed by management, maintaining high ethical standards in all actions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A California State Guard Card is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate information in writing and read and understand information in the English language.
- Must be able to use good judgment in challenging situations.
- Can successfully communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet, and in person, and use standard office equipment.
- Must have a valid California Driver's License and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Exerts maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects and use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, bending, reaching, and squatting.
