We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Nonprofit Support Coordinator to join the team of one of our Partners in East El Paso County - Colorado Springs. The Support Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support services, assisting with program delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients, case managers, and partners.

Location: East El Paso County - Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $20.63 - 21.42/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Support:

    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of various nonprofit programs and services.
    • Provide administrative support to program managers and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  2. Client and Community Interaction:

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients and community members seeking support or information.
    • Address inquiries, provide assistance, and connect clients with appropriate resources or services.
  3. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, program activities, and volunteer contributions.
    • Prepare and analyze reports to track program outcomes and effectiveness.
  4. Communication and Outreach:

    • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and outreach materials to promote programs and events.
    • Collaborate with the communications team to update the organization’s website and social media platforms.
  5. Event Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate events such as workshops, fundraisers, and community outreach activities.
    • Manage logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
  6. Administrative Duties:

    • Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
    • Support financial processes, including tracking expenses and processing reimbursements.
  7. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure that all activities comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
    • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for funding agencies, partners, and internal use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Psychology,  Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nonprofit or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events or special projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in nonprofit program coordination.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and grant management.
