Innovamat es una propuesta educativa que tiene como objetivo impulsar el aprendizaje competencial, personalizado y práctico de las matemáticas. Dirigida a niños y jóvenes de entre 3 y 16 años, prioriza la comprensión de los contenidos y el desarrollo de habilidades matemáticas vinculadas a la resolución de problemas, fomentando el aprendizaje de esta disciplina a través de la experimentación, la conversación y la práctica individualizada. En este sentido, Innovamat ofrece trayectorias de aprendizaje secuenciadas, recursos, formación y acompañamiento a la comunidad educativa, de la mano de expertos en didáctica de las matemáticas, la ciencia del aprendizaje matemático.

Fundada en 2017 en Barcelona, Innovamat cuenta con 18.000 docentes de más de 2.100 centros educativos de España, Italia, México, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Brasil, Perú y Estados Unidos, que imparten matemáticas de forma competencial y significativa a más de 430.000 alumnos.

Tu misión 🎯

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo del Norte y tu misión será trabajar junto al Regional Manager el desarrollo estratégico de la región, gestionar algunas de nuestras principales cuentas clientes y construir relaciones duraderas con la administración pública. Desarrollarás estrategias para mantener relaciones a largo plazo con todos los stakeholders y trabajarás para mantener conexiones sólidas con los equipos directivos y con las administraciones públicas.

Tu día a día en Innovamat 🏁

  • Definirás, junto al Regional Manager del equipo Norte, la estrategia comercial tanto en el Existing Business como en el New Business.

  • Trabajarás, junto al Regional Manager, la estrategia de desarrollo de negocio y de posicionamiento con las administraciones públicas.

  • Visitarás a los equipos directivos de tu cartera de escuelas. Siempre con el objetivo de desarrollar y mejorar la relación y seguir implementando el plan de acompañamiento.

  • Interpretarás las necesidades de los clientes actuales y potenciales.

  • Te coordinarás con el equipo de tu región para poder mejorar y aportar nuevas soluciones a los retos que puedan surgir en el día a día.

  • Harás reuniones de control con el equipo de expertos en didáctica que serán los encargados de ejecutar las acciones más didácticas en el aula con los docentes.

  • Asistirás a formaciones internas en didáctica de las matemáticas, eventos o ferias del sector educativo, relaciones comerciales…

  • Gestionarás y documentarás en nuestro CRM (Salesforce).

  • Formarás parte de un equipo ágil caracterizado por la corresponsabilidad y la interdependencia.

  • Capacidad para desarrollarte bien en entornos con tensión y trabajes cómodo con cierta presión.

  • Ser muy sistemático y ordenado para mantener actualizado nuestro CRM.

  • Que tengas carnet de conducir

  • Euskera - (C1+)

  • Tienes experiencia previa gestionando grandes cuentas clientes

  • Interés por el mundo del business, startup, entornos dinámicos.
