We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager/ Sales professional to join our team

 

Commercial Account Manager

Commercial Pest Control Sales Representatives are responsible for selling pest control services and products to businesses, commercial properties, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying potential customers and develop leads through cold calling, Telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide customized pest control solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products.
  • Work with other team members to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or pest control industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-territory management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
