Overview of Responsibilities

  • Project coordination across a wide variety of tasks and projects related to municipal research, permit submittals, ordering and reviewing site surveys, logistical resource planning & more
  • Proactively push communication and updates with vendors and contractors and manage project workload to ensure client’s deliverables and deadlines are met while professionally representing SES
  • Collaborate with management and other team members daily to discuss all moving parts pertaining to given projects and guarantee successful outcomes
  • Maintain site specific project tracking through programs such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel along with other third-party programs required by clients
  • Manage administrative project tasks such as workflow setup, site tracking, writing purchase orders, processing invoices, project file sharing and overall team coordination
  • Research and obtain pertinent information (as related to branding) from online resources and facilitate direct communication with municipalities and property owners to confirm information
  • Prepare permit & variance submittal packages and submit to municipalities
  • Work with vendors to estimate and secure material and services for projects while simultaneously growing and developing relationships
  • Request, review, and comprehend information based on site surveys and construction documents as well as become proficient in the survey process and other related field activities

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive personality who is willing to seize initiative
  • Strong written & oral communication abilities and exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience or interests in project management, problem solving, and skill development
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule
  • Ability to travel when necessary
