Your Responsibilities:


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing projects while providing direction to project teams to ensure alignment with customer specifications, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborating with customers to develop comprehensive project plans, scopes of work, and schedules for clear understanding of outcome goals.
  • Reviewing and creating CAD layouts to ensure accurate dimensions, materials, equipment, and services are appropriately allocated and budgeted at the project's onset.
  • Participating in project kickoff meetings and facilitating discussions to document specifications and drawings for accurate project goal comprehension.
  • Establishing and maintaining project databases and documentation using relevant software and tools, including manuals, specifications, meeting minutes, progress reports, and close-out documents.
  • Providing regular progress reports, cost analyses, and other supporting documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and budgetary guidelines.
  • Managing project invoicing, including timesheets, resource allocations, expenses, and collections to ensure proper billing and budget adherence.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to provide updates, exchange ideas, and meet their expectations.
  • Conducting onsite project meetings with contractors and customers to ensure specifications, timelines, and budgets are met.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive project management experience in commercial or residential construction, sheet metal, roofing, masonry, or similar fields.
  • Functional Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project/costing software preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of effective interaction with diverse audiences.
  • Leadership Qualities: Customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to influence others while fostering collaboration.
  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
