Are you a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager that has experience selling services to customers? If so, apply now to lead growth initiatives within existing national accounts and open new regional accounts This key role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, providing visibility into opportunities that align with our portfolio, and ensuring the continued success of company programs.

No Cap commissions-OTE first yr $120k++

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth: Strategically expand business within existing accounts year over year, leveraging deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Customer Relationships: Own and nurture regional customer relationships, ensuring program success and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Deploy innovative sales approaches to secure new business and expand our presence in the market.
  • Client Mapping: Continuously gather intelligence on customer organizations, including departmental structures, current events, capital spending plans, and upcoming projects.
  • CRM Management: Actively manage Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate activity reporting, and clear opportunity tracking. This includes:
    • Logging all client interactions (meetings, emails, calls) in the system.
    • Keeping opportunity details, stages, and dates updated in real-time.
    • Regularly updating revenue projections in collaboration with leadership.
  • Conferences: Participate in selected industry conferences as determined by leadership, including preparation, networking, and follow-up activities.
  • Customer Communication: Engage in consistent daily, weekly, and monthly communication with current and potential clients to build strong relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Bid Strategy: Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop winning strategies for bids and RFPs.
  • Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new business by aligning customer expectations with our deliverables.
  • Customer Feedback: Provide realistic feedback to customers about what is achievable and act as a change agent when necessary.
  • Positive Attitude: Bring enthusiasm and a positive outlook to every aspect of your work.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success in selling to regional clients, preferably within the facilities maintenance industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
