Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. In this role, you will support our account management team in maintaining and expanding relationships with our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop essential skills in account management, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

 

Responsibilities:

· Assist senior account managers in day-to-day account management activities, including client communication, order processing, and issue resolution.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure client needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends.

· Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and expansion.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

· Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, always providing excellent customer service.

· Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents as needed.

· Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to enhance our competitive advantage.

· Undertake training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in account management and related areas.

 

Requirements:

· Associate degree or higher, or 2-4 years’ experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

· A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus but not required.

· Experience in supporting big box eCommerce programs a plus i.e. Lowes, Costco, Menards, Wayfair
