We invite you to join Blackstone's Global Fund Finance team as an Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the preparation of monthly Net Asset Values and reporting for our Hedge Fund Solutions platform.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of monthly estimates and final Fund NAVs
  • Analyze and reconcile NAV discrepancies with third-party administrators and custodians
  • Oversee and reconcile management and performance fee calculations
  • Assist in addressing client inquiries and tailored reporting
  • Collaborate with various operational teams and additional responsibilities
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in public or private accounting is essential.

Possession of CPA and/or CFA credentials is preferred.

Experience in private equity, hedge funds, and/or funds of hedge funds is advantageous.

A strong grasp of accounting ledger data is necessary.

Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Excellent analytical and communication skills are required.

The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively is crucial.

Annual Salary Range:

$105,000 - $140,000 (based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location).

Additional Compensation:

The base salary does not include other benefits or forms of compensation.
