Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documentation for transactions.
  • Support wire transfers and asset management processes.
  • Facilitate account opening procedures for clients.

Location: Brickell Miami

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proven ability to multitask in an office environment for at least 1 year.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
