We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and have a critical role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Shifts will vary between 7-3pm and 2-10pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to assist guests
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payments
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great customer service skills - ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and standard office software
