Project Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our construction team You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Project Executive, Senior Project Manager and the rest of the project team on an exciting multi-unit residential projects while helping us run our Westchester office. We are looking to hire this full-time role immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain digital project files
- Maintain required project documentation
- Compile and maintain project directory, all logs; permit, drawing and specification, submittal, RFI and change order logs
- Follow-up with subcontractors regarding certificate of insurance
- Serve as a liaison between office and subcontractors
- Maintain jobsite by ordering office supplies and keeping in a clean, neat organized manner
- Provide full administrative assistance to the entire project team
- Order office supplies and represent Company with various vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or other related fields a plus
- Strong organization skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
