As a market leader in construction tools, our client has continued to grow through sales and acquisition. With a healthy existing company culture and over 75 years of business, their Arkansas facilities have continued to be their largest production locations. As the Human Resources Manager of these facilities, you will provide full-service human resources services to the over 300 team members onsite.

This facility focuses on a wide variety of products, works three different shifts, and employs sixty temporary laborers in addition to the 300 full-time employees. The Human Resources Manager will partner with the 12 managers and supervisors across the locations on training, development, and all necessary employee relations needs. This individual will assist with recruitment and onboarding as well as work with hiring leaders to anticipate seasonal hiring needs and successful onboarding. This is a fast-paced environment with minimal turnover and production of a quality product. If you like being out and about working with people then consider applying today

Work model:

  • On-Site

What you will do:

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Facilitate pre-employment screenings and execute orientations for new hires
  • Benefit plan administration, including health and dental insurance, 401K plans, and paid time off
  • Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA 
  • Support the weekly payroll processing including approval of time records of employees
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations 
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws 

What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferred in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Ability to be on-site
