Job Summary

The Senior Manager HR will provide strategic HR leadership, expertise, and solutions to support the business in Fayetteville, NC. This role will develop, manage, and administer various programs and projects, partnering with HR Operations and Communities of Expertise to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR team and provide guidance on HR best practices and solutions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies to support business objectives.
  • Partner with Regional HRBP and Sub Regional HRBP to address talent gaps and needs.
  • Support the application of strategies to address talent gaps and needs.
  • Drive the local implementation of HR strategies, programs, tools, and policies with BPs and CoEs.
  • Serve as enabling contact for local HR Services in escalated/complex issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including previous experience as HRBP or Sr. HR Mgr. within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing a team of multiple direct reports.
  • HRIS experience (Success Factors preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree.
  • HR SAP/Success Factors experience.
