Office Assistant

At Sunny Meadows our goal is to provide a positive experience for our guests.
Sunny Meadows is looking for someone who will help achieve guest satisfaction, and overall positive guest experience. The assistant will need to be able to understand the parks software systems, assist park proprietors, assist guests by answering phone call, booking reservations, addressing guest concerns, and supporting coworkers.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Greet and check in guests
· Answer Park phone calls/Cell phone (even weekends)
· Ability to be on call (even some weekends)
· Complete online bookings
· Process guest payments when needed
· Respond to park emails
· Resolve guest issues, concerns in a professional manner and escalate to park management when necessary
· Over see vending stocking and accounting
· Communicate effectively with park Manager, Maintenance Manager and guests.
· Split time between both parks that are located close to each other
· Demonstrate loyalty, and commitment to the park management, as well as accept modifications of job description and duties
You will need:
· 1 year or more of customer service (Preferred)
· Computer literacy
· Customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
· Must have valid Driver’s license
· High School or equivalent
· Must have organization and project management skills, as well as ability to complete tasks
Physical demands:
· Able to lift 35 lbs
· Sit at desk for long periods of time as well as move throughout the office, vending areas, and park grounds, as needed
· Ability to climb, balance, stoop, bend, crouch
· Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach carry, lift, etc.
Opportunity for 17-25 hours per week
