As an HR Representative you will:
  • Use knowledge of the company and position requirements to identify qualified candidates through resume screening and phone interviews and refer only those qualified to managers.
  • Will maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing and selection process.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
  • Determine and manage key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
  • Resume screening, distribution, and tracking.
  • Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to the manager.
  • Closely follow-up on interview with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Extend offers and close candidates.
  • Help with various HR duties.
This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years light industrial and manufacturing recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work onsite in Huntington, IN

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
