DKK Consulting, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Office Manager with Administration capabilities. This position will play an integral role in the project management and Client Communications associated with the flow of projects through the company. 

 

Job Description:

Office Manager/Administrative responsibilities include answering the phones and recording the nature of the project specific communication in our proprietary project management software.  Assisting with the management and the flow of projects through to completion and collection of payments.  This is an mid-level position with unlimited growth opportunities for the right individual with the right motivation.  Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Owner.

 

Requirements:

  • Managing and Maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills, including pivot tables and lookup function.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned projects to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated; ability to take on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Work extra hours as needed
  • Professional appearance with a vibrant demeanor
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A working knowledge of social media in the business world
  • Client and service oriented
  • Smartsheet experience/knowledge a plus

Familiarity with Engineering, Permitting and Construction Processes a plus
