Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Manage Accounts Receivables/ Payables/ Bookkeeping
  • AIA billings. Over and under reports.
  • Small business with lots of pieces to the puzzle.
  • Time and material billings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • 2 + years or more experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Knowledge of Foundation Software- construction accounting software
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Trustworthy, honorable, focused.
  • Must be professional, well organized, and precise.

**Pay Dependant Upon Experience

Friday's off. 20 - 32 hours per week.
