The ideal candidate will support the efficient management of construction projects by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.

Job Requirements: 

  • Generate expense reports and maintain operational and scheduling information.
  • Assist with construction project operations from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate scheduling, manage calendars, and oversee project timelines.
  • Support project management by handling documentation, including submittal logs, change orders, payment applications, RFIs, and schedules.
  • Prepare progress reports, track milestones and deadlines, and file contract documents.
  • Contact subcontractors for pricing and descoping work.
  • Communicate clearly with architects, engineers, and vendors regarding RFIs, pricing, and billing.
  • Convey a wide range of information effectively to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
