Location: Hybrid - Philadelphia Office


Klasko Immigration Law Partners seeks a legal assistant to join one of its large corporate client teams and assist attorneys and supervising paralegals with the preparation and processing of various visa and green card matters. Specifically, based on workloads and case availability, you will be trained on and given the opportunity to work on the following:

  • H-1B petitions including dependent forms
  • I-140 petitions
  • Adjustment of Status applications
  • EAD/ AP renewal applications
  • Supplement J forms and Employment Verification letters
  • Prevailing Wage Requests and Recruitment for PERM cases; other PERM tasks as appropriate.

Training will be provided as needed and the position is open to legal assistants at all levels who are interested. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with both attorneys and supervisory and senior paralegals.


Qualification/Requirements

  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and ShareFile)
  • Able to multi-task while showing great attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure or tight deadlines
  • A willingness to collaborate and assist.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
