Job title: Office Administrator
Mobile, AL
$18-20/hr
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The Office Administrator will support project managers, coordinate office activities, and ensure efficient operations to help drive the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and mail.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
Update project binders and file project documents systematically.
Prepare and manage the submittal of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
Assist in the preparation and organization of close-out binders at the end of each project, including warranties and manuals.
Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock is maintained and orders are placed as needed.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Set up temporary utility accounts for new projects as requested
 
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
At least 3 years' experience in similar role
