Inside Sales Consultant:

What you will do:

·       Work in a growing, fast-paced company consulting with business professionals to recommend a strategic training solution to address business problems.

·       Use outbound marketing techniques of 50+ calls and emails to existing customers and leads a day to generate interest in eLearning.

·       Conduct in-depth needs analysis to consult with clients and recommend solutions.

·       Assist customers with solving business issues through training solutions.

·       Establish and maintain quality relationships with clients.

·       Apply coaching techniques to improve quality of each conversation.

Qualifications:

·       Ability to take feedback and apply it.

·       Ability to work forty hours a week.

·       Reliable transportation to and from the office.

·       Microsoft outlook suite experience preferred.

·       Must be able to work hybrid schedule; some work is completed in the Mission office and some work is remote in a dedicated home office.
