Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales area.
- Help customers choose a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
- Demonstrate a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Set personal income objectives that align with dealership productivity standards and develop a plan to achieve them.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and their advantages for customers.
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Exude a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Uphold a professional appearance at all times.
Supervision: The Sales Consultant will receive guidance from Floor Managers, Sales Managers, General Sales Manager, and General Manager.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; one to three months of related experience or training is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
