Key Responsibilities

The following are essential duties for this role, with the possibility of additional responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers entering the dealership or sales area.
  • Help clients choose a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Set personal income objectives that align with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and accessories, and their advantages for customers.
  • Implement a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Uphold a professional appearance at all times.

Supervision

Guidance will be provided by Floor Managers, Sales Managers, General Sales Manager, and General Manager.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • No prior experience required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; one to three months of related experience or training is advantageous.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
