Job Overview

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups as necessary.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance choices.

Compensation:
As an Agent Team Member, you will benefit from a combination of hourly pay along with commission and bonuses.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with life insurance products.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
