Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales area.
  • Guide customers in choosing a vehicle by actively listening and asking pertinent questions.
  • Show a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Set personal income objectives that align with dealership productivity standards and create a plan to achieve them.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and understand their advantages for customers.
  • Implement a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Uphold a professional appearance at all times.

Supervision: The Sales Consultant will receive guidance from Floor Managers, Sales Managers, the General Sales Manager, and the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience or training is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is necessary; one to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • A valid Driver's License is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
