Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership:

    • Collaborate with C-suite executives and field leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.
    • Influence and drive change management initiatives across the organization.
  2. Talent Management:

    • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates who align with the company’s culture and values.
    • Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs.
    • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to both employees and managers.

    • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing training and support to managers and employees.

  5. Organizational Development:

    • Drive organizational change initiatives and support the implementation of new structures and processes.
    • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven experience supporting both field operations and C-suite executives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
